Oriental Antiques from Collector to Collector. This is very rare museum quality bowls set of Japanese Kakiemon enamel decoration with "Milkly White" glaze (Nigoshide). Because of this, my Kakiemon bowls set must be 1720s and earlier.
They're most like late 17thC, circa 1680s. Each bowl is 6"D X 2.25"H (15.24cm X 5.72cm). The bowls come with antique wooden storage box and in great condition with no chips or cracks or hairlines. Item was examined under black UV light and has no restoration. Please study photos carefully for further condition detail.
