Rare early example of the Indo-Persian Persh-Kabz dagger dating from the 1700s era and equipped with a traditional T-spine armor piercing blade of very fine active Wootz steel, exhibiting nice age patina and occasional fine pitting, beautiful active watered patterns throughout.
Mounted with a set of large green Jade grips and adorned with silver flower rivet caps and steel bolsters, one jade grip showing a very old possibly period repair, wear overall consistent with the age. Solid and intact overall, comes with a later but also very old fabric covered wood scabbard showing average age wear. Listing and template services provided by inkFrog.
